I’m having a hard time describing what I’d like to see in my video tour, can I talk to my editor?
Yes! Each video tour includes either two rounds of editing or one live editing session. You pick the time that works best for you, and your editor will meet with you online and work with you until you love your video tour.
Can you add my branding and contact information?
Yes, your logo, name, and contact information will be included in every video. Please submit a high-resolution file of your logo with your property pictures.
How fast will I receive my video?

If I don’t have photos of my property, can you take them for me?

How does the Custom Voiceover work?
Provide us with the details of your property, and we’ll write a script for you that will be added to your video with a professional voiceover. You will be required to approve the script before we add it to your video tour.
Do I get to see the Custom Voiceover script before it is recorded?
Yes! We require all customers to approve the voiceover script before it is added to their video.
What’s the difference between a Custom Voiceover and an Agent Voiceover?
When you select a ‘Custom Voiceover’, we write the script and add a voiceover artist track to your video. If you choose to upload an ‘Agent Voiceover’, you give us the file of you recording the voiceover of your choosing for your property. These recordings can be done on your phone using headphones in a quiet area.
What size will my video be? Can I post it on Instagram?
Most agents prefer at least a 16:9 horizontal version of their generated tours. 16:9 is more common for Youtube and most real estate listing sites. The 9:16 vertical version is more common for social media postings like Instagram or TikTok. Learn the difference here. If you need both sizes, you can add a social edit to your order for $49, which includes up to 5 images. We don’t just crop the video, we re-edit it to create the best viewing experience for vertical and horizontal formats.
How long will my video be?
Your standard video tour will be 1-2 minutes long, depending on the number of high-quality images you submit. We will let you know if we think we need more images to make at least a 1 minute tour of your property. If you select the $49 social add-on to your order, these videos will be less than a minute, as shorter vertical videos tend to perform better on social platforms.
What if I want a longer video or need tours for multiple properties?
We can tailor your video tours to fit your needs. Whether you’d like a longer format, a different style, or multiple property tours, we’ll create a custom package for you. Bulk discounts and subscription options are also available, please contact us for a custom quote.
Can I choose the music for my generated real estate tour?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to provide us with a song of your choice, as long as it is free of copyright restrictions. We can’t include copyrighted tracks in our videos, but if you don’t have a specific song in mind, our editors will select music that perfectly complements your property. Feel free to share any preferences for style or mood, such as jazz, coastal vibes, elegant tones, or an upbeat nightlife feel, and we’ll match the soundtrack accordingly.
What if I want to use more than 15 photos for my property?
