Your Standard Video Tour is covered by your brokerage’s prepaid tour credits. No payment is required unless you select an optional add-on.

Good to Know

Submission cutoff
Complete submissions received by 7:00 PM ET are considered received that business day. Submissions received after 7:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on recognized federal holidays are considered received the following business day.

Cancellations
Standard orders may be canceled within one hour of submission without using a tour credit. Rush orders begin processing immediately and are not eligible for the one-hour cancellation period.

Rush availability
Rush delivery is available for Standard Video Tours only and is subject to availability. Rush delivery is not available for Cinematic Video Tours.
