How much content will I receive?
The amount of finished content depends on your package, goals, and the complexity of your project. Most clients receive approximately 1–2 videos from a Focused Session, 3–4 videos from a Half-Day Session, and 5–6 videos from a Full-Day Session.
Do you help plan the content?
Yes. Every project begins with a planning conversation to discuss your goals, audience, and the type of content you’d like to create. We’ll help organize your shoot and make recommendations, but these packages do not include full creative development, marketing strategy, or script writing. If your project requires those services, we’re happy to discuss a custom solution.
Can you film at our office or another location?
Absolutely. We regularly film at offices, retail spaces, restaurants, event venues, and other business locations throughout New York City and surrounding areas.
How long does editing take?
Turnaround depends on the scope of your project, but most content is delivered within 1–2 weeks after filming. If you have a specific deadline, expedited delivery may be available.
Do you travel outside New York City?
Yes. While we’re based in New York City, we’re available to travel for projects throughout the region and beyond.
Can you create videos on an ongoing basis?
Absolutely. Many clients schedule recurring production sessions to maintain a consistent flow of fresh content throughout the year.
