What kind of photos work best for virtual staging?

Can I pick what type of furniture goes in each room?
Yes, label your images according to the type of furniture you’d like in them (bedroom, living room, game room, kids’ room, etc.) and we will stage it accordingly.
Can you match my branding or a specific design style?
Yes. If our style options don’t match what you have in mind, share a reference look, and we will match the style and tone so your staged images feel consistent across your listings.
Is virtual staging allowed on MLS?
Many MLS systems allow virtual staging with proper disclosure, but rules vary by region. We recommend confirming your local MLS requirements before publishing.
What do you need from me to start?
Send your images, the address or listing, and a quick note for each room, such as living room, bedroom1, and so on. If you have a style preference, include that too.
I don’t like the way you styled a room, will you do it again?
Yes. Our prices include one revision per image to make sure we get it right.
